Thông tư 36/2011/TT-NHNN.

Thủ tướng Chính phủ vừa kí quyết định số 381/QĐ-TTg về việc thành lập Ban công tác tài chính vi mô. Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam Nguyễn Văn Bình làm Trưởng ban Ban công tác. Phó Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam Đặng Thanh Bình làm Phó Trưởng ban Ban công tác.

     Ngày 27/09/2013 Bộ Tài chính đã có thông tư số 135/2013/TT-BTC về việc hướng dẫn áp dụng thí điểm chính sách thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp đối với Tổ chức tài chính vi mô được Ngân hàng nhà nước cấp phép thành lập trước ngày 01 tháng 01 năm 2014 theo quy định của Luật các tổ chức tín dụng số 47/2010/QH12 nhưng không đủ điều kiện được áp dụng các chính sách ưu đãi thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp theo diện doanh nghiệp thành lập mới từ dự án đầu tư tại địa bàn có điều kiện kinh tế - xã hội đặc biệt khó khăn quy định tại Nghị định số 124/2008/NĐ-CP ngày 11 tháng 12 năm 2008 quy định chi tiết và hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật thuế thu nhập doanh nghiệp.

On August 27^th 2013, M7 Microfinance Institution Limited coordinated with The People Committee of Dien Cong commune to handover 03 charity houses for 03 poor households of the commune. The total value of 03 houses  are VND 590 million, in which Uong Bi branch supported VND 150 million. The rest of the value was contributed by The People Committee of Dien Cong commune by mobilizing people, relatives, businesses in the area contributed  working days and materials. This is a significant work of the branch together with the Uong Bi city contributed in the program “New rural construction” at the region.
